On April 29, the award ceremony of 2010 SYSU Samsung Scholarship was held in the South Campus. Zhu Kongjun, the Deputy Secretary of SYSU Party Committee, Li Shuoming, Chief Vice President of Samsung China and his group, as well as the principals of the relevant departments of SYSU were present at the award ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Chen Changling, Deputy Director of Office of Students’ Affairs, SYSU.

Li Shuoming, Chief Vice President of Samsung China, expressed that the motive of setting the scholarship, which has been set for nine consecutive years, is to attach importance to the talents. With the encouragement of the Samsung Scholarship, the students could exert themselves and make contribution to the society.
