December 11, "Fran Cup" - Guangdong province’s First Invitational Tournament for the Academic Reports of Post-graduate Physics, sponsored by the Guangdong Polytechnic School of Physics and school of Physics, SYSU took place in the Swasey Hall. After a day’s intense competition, Xing Xiangjun, the PhD of our school, took the first prize. Zeng Huajian, Wu haoyi took the second prize. Liang Wenyao, Xu Yi, Zhu Heng and Wang Yuqing took the third prize.
