Nanfang Metropolis Daily Dispatch Yesterday was May Fourth, China’s Youth Day. While students in universities throughout the country were sitting seriously in various on-site commendation meetings, League members from Sun Yat-sen University were holding a “New Idea” commendation meeting online---“May Fourth” Assessment Commendation Meeting of SYSU for 2011. This meeting was held on micro-blog, meeting on micro-group, accepting awards online. More than 300 League members from SYSU attended this meeting on micro-group yesterday. Students commented on this event in different ways, transmitted and retransmitted thousands pieces of information. It was out of organizers’ expectation that students paid such a heated and close attention to this meeting.
