Prof. Xiao Haipeng Elected Member of Medical Education Consultant Committee by the Ministry of Education

Recently, Prof. Xiao Haipeng, Vice President of Sun Yat-sen University and President of The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, was elected member of the Medical Education Consultant Committee by the Ministry of Education.


Precision Medicine Institute Held a Steering Committee Meeting

Recently, Prof. Joseph Sung, Chief Scientist of Precision Medicine Institute, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, chaired a steering committee meeting with the PIs and their research team. They discussed the blueprint of precision medicine in the Greater Bay Area, and further development of innovative clinical research in the fields of precision oncology, GI diseases and microbiome, metabolic diseases and diabetes, neurodegenerative diseases and dementia, climate change and public health.
